This is one of those monments that does not feel "right". Although the economy has improved, the general feeling is that there has not been a tangible recovery.
I guess the same old boys club is out celebrating, but its weird that Detroit declares bankruptcy on the same day that the indexes hit an all time high.
Maybe its just me, What do I know ? The market is the market,
